1. Services

FlowlineCo provides digital infrastructure services, including website design and development, CRM, marketing automation, lead generation, scheduling, digital commerce, reputation and engagement tools, integrations, and related consulting and setup services. The specific scope of any engagement will be described in a separate proposal, agreement, or order confirmation.

2. Accounts and Access

Certain Services require an account or client login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely information and materials needed to deliver the Services.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, branding, images, or contact data you provide to us.
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of other clients.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services are described in your proposal, agreement, or order confirmation. Monthly plans and recurring subscriptions are billed in advance. One-time builds and setup fees are invoiced according to the agreed schedule. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods. Any scope growth beyond an agreed plan will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final delivered website, content, and assets created specifically for your project, to the extent described in your agreement. You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to us.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (such as payment processors, email and SMS providers, calendar tools, and analytics services). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Separate terms and fees from third parties may apply.

7. No Guarantees of Results

While we strive to build effective systems, we do not guarantee specific business, growth, revenue, or engagement results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your content, audience, follow-up, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowlineCo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel recurring services according to the terms of your agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period unless law requires otherwise.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement, including business details, strategies, and contact data, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowlineCo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
